이 글은 블로그 액션데이(Blog Action Day 2008 Poverty)를 위하여 쓰는 글입니다.
오늘은 무슨 날?
누구나 이 세상에 태여나기전 민족, 국가, 국적 등을 미리 정해놓고 태여나는 사람은 없습니다.인간의 숙명이란 대략 이러한 것이 아닐가 생각하며 지구 부동한 곳에 살고 있는 사람들은 삶의 처지가 서로 틀릴 수 있습니다. 금년 블로그 액션 데이의 주제는 빈곤(가난) 입니다. 내가 사는 처지가 아무리 힘들다 해도 오늘같은 날 만큼은 세상에 나 보다 더 불행하게 사는 사람들이 없는지 세계를 돌아보는 날이 아닐가 생각합니다.
빈곤(가난) 이란?
현재 위키패디아의 Poverty 의 정의에는 한글판이 없지만 영어나 기타 언어로 읽어보면 Poverty (빈곤)이란 얼마나 복잡한 사회/정치/국가 문제인지 대략 알 수가 있습니다. 그러나 오늘 얘기하고저 하는 부분은 빈곤의 개념이 아니기에 여기서 빈곤의 개념에 대한 생각은 여러분들의 사고에 맡깁니다.
존경받을 사람들은 누구?
세상을 살아가면서 단순히 자신만을 위해서 살지 않고 남을 돕기 위해서 분투하는 사람들이 있으며 그들의 목적은 영원히 돈을 위해서가 아닙니다. 저는 블로그 액션 데이(Blog Action Day)의 조직자와 이름없는 수많은 지원자 그리고 블로그 액션 데이에 호응하여 블로깅을 하는 모든 불로거들이 모두 자랑스러운 사람들이라고 생각합니다. 그리고 아래의 위대한 사이트들을 기억해두시기 바랍니다. Via
